On confirmation of a booking, a confirmation summary will be issued and your booking will then be subject to the below cancellation policy. With only six cottages, this cancellation policy reflects the small size of our property.
Upon payment of a deposit and/or final payment, you will be issued a Tax Invoice confirming payment.
All cancellations must be in writing.
61 days or more prior to arrival – the deposit is forfeited.
31 – 60 days prior to arrival – 50% of total reservation amount.
0 – 30 days prior to arrival – 100% of total reservation amount.

A 50% deposit of your total reservation cost is required to confirm all bookings within 5 days of a written confirmation. Otherwise your booking will be taken to be provisional and will be liable for cancellation by us.

INSURANCE: All guests are required to have comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including delay /cancellation for any reason and emergency evacuation cover. Olepangi Farm cannot be held responsible for the financial costs involved in the medical evacuation or treatment of any guests, or disruptions in itineraries due to external circumstances.
CHECK IN TIME CHECK OUT TIME. . . please contact us if you have any specific requirements.
Check in is reasonably flexible, though earlier times your cottage may not be ready. If you are coming for lunch, we ask that you arrive before 13:00 please as the kitchen closes at 14:30. Check out is 10:00 am.
